We called ourselves an Invention Company because that´s what we do: INVENT! ... And the next question that most people do is...what do you invent?
We invent in different fields and categories. We strongly believe that inventing does not supposed have boundaries because inventing comes from creativity, inspiration, imagination, free thinking, analysis, observation and existing and future needs.
And the most important aspect of all this is that our main source is the creator of the universe: God! ... He is the one that empower our minds and skills to generate new inventions or modify existing ones!
Then, many people ask: how do you invent?
We firmly believe that anyone can invent. As a matter of fact, we think that most of us had invented -somehow- something at least once but most of us have never realized that or we don´t have a faith strong enough to pursue something that sounds ¨to good to be true¨ or we just don´t know what to do once we have the idea!
Not that we are experts on that but we have the faith and the conviction that -if God gave us these skills- we can´t ignore or waste them.
We are very close to reach the 70 inventions mark and it´s unacceptable to think that -out of almost 70 inventions- we don´t have at least one NEXT MILLION IDEA! ... if not...many!
Do you want to join us or get more information? Send us an email and we´ll glad to response any inquiry!
God bless you all!
Since he was a little kid, Rafael Amado Deras showed that he was way ahead of time for his age. When he was 7 years old, he was playing with highways, airports and bridges that he built in his backyard with his hands and using whatever he had at reach, even his mom's kitchen utensils.
In the late 60's, the US Government launched a low profile program to identify boy genius in some Latin American countries and bring them in to the US. An unidentified friend of the Amado family gave the information to the US Embassy in Guatemala and they invited Rafael's parents to give it a try.
Rafael took some test and training and indeed he showed to be out of ordinary, once again, ahead of time. Nevertheless, Rafael's dad noticed that this program was somehow stealing Rafa's childhood and decided to withdraw him from the program.
That's didn't stop Rafael from continuing to show his ahead of time skills. At age 10, he borrowed his grandfather´s 8mm film projector and mounted an improvised movie theater at home so he could invite all friends from the block and charge them to see silent movies but he was playing the role of narrator. He also designs his own swings, slides, waterfall, canopying networks and some other interesting man made toys.
At age 12, he was already thinking that one day there will phones without wires. At age 13, he started to write essays of Intergalactic Visitors, Spaceships, Human Mutation, Abduction, Telepathic Transport and a totally different world that at that time even George Lucas and Steven Spielberg would become so interested to hear about it.
At age 13, Rafael was reading books of Mathematics Progressions, Chain Reaction, Particles Accelerators, DNA Networks, Metaphysics, Chemistry and Electromagnetism, just to mention a few.
At age 19, in the early 80's, when he entered college to study Electrical Engineering, he and two friends participated in a Scientific Fair with the project of an Electromagnetic Train that would run in levitation mode over a railway composed by magnets which polarity would be switching constantly to allow the train to advance and stop and everything would be controlled by a network of electronic micro boards.
Amazingly, the first passenger train of this class -a Maglev-was inaugurated in Shanghai, China in 2003, 20 years after Rafael and his friend presented a similar project at the Scientific Fair.
Inventing is not something new for our founder! In the last two years, he had designed about 65 inventions, all of them ready to patent and license. Every single invention has been design based on actual needs. Also, Rafael has made dramatic modifications to exiting inventions.
Rafael Amado was born in Guatemala and became a US Citizen in 2006. He is currently living at Los Angeles, California. He is a registered inventor with the United States Patent and Trademark Office -USPTO-.
All inventions mentioned or listed in this website are property of Invex Now, created totally by us without a collaboration of any individual or institution.
We hold complete rights over these inventions. We do not copy any existing invention, altough there is a possibility that some present or future inventions will look similar to one of us.
Invex Now is a sole proprietor company. We don´t have partners or commercial and or financial relation with an individual, company, corporation, organization or institution anywhere in the world.
Therefore, we have the independency to negotiate anything related to our inventions without consent at any given time and under any circumstance.
Invex Now is very open in terms of negotiation. Our main purpose is to sell or license our inventions regardless of the size and coverage of a company.
When it comes to licensing, we understand that this could be granted to one or many companies and it can be divided by regions or even countries. We are very open. Bottom line: make this profitable!
Invex Now operates under US policies for Fair Business Practice and Intellectual Property. Even tough we have Provisional Patent for some of our inventions, we always require the signing of a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) to discuse or release detailed information about any invention. Once a NDA is signed, we have no problem at all to provide any information or answer any question about our inventions.
As a standard rule, we would like to keep complete ownership over our inventions and/or patents but in
line to our "Open Mind Policy" we do not discard the possibility of transfer, selling or sharing our patents rights with some else. For some companies/investors this might be a condition to manufacture, promote and sell a new product/invention. Let the best interest prevails.
We insist to keep an open mind in all aspects. The most common option when it comes to royalties is to pay a percentage based on sales but there are some others options, like paying a fixed amount upfront or maybe pay royalties on a quarterly or annually basis. Every case could be different, there is no "one rule fits all".
Let´s find together the best option!
THE PROCESS OF INVENTING
Written by Gene Quinn

So you have an idea and want to get a patent? There are a number of things that you need to know about the invention and patent process that can help you focus your efforts and know what obstacles lay in front of you.
The first thing to know is that you cannot patent an idea. Many people will have great ideas, but will not be able to put that idea into a package appropriate for a patent because there is no invention, only a concept.
To be sure, the idea is the all critical first step in the invention process. After you come up with the idea or concept you now need to put together a game plan on how to carry that idea through.
The idea and game plan together form what the law calls conception. Conception is an important concept in patent law because in the United States it is the first person to invent that will ultimately receive the exclusive rights on an invention.
That being said, it is critical that once you conceive (idea + game plan) you will need to be diligent and not let any grass grow under your feet as you move forward toward defining and experimenting with your invention. Generally speaking, conception without diligence can cause the first person who invents to lose the right to the invention assuming someone else invents after you but files their patent application first. So, the moral of the story is once you have your idea and the game plan move swiftly. The law realizes that so-called garage inventors cannot quit their day job, but the law will also require proof that you are consistently moving forward and not shelving the invention for periods of time in favor of other endeavors.
This leads to another important consideration, which is documentation and proof. In some cases it is necessary to for an inventor to be able to prove they were working on their invention in a diligent fashion.
It is important for you to understand that the law will not accept the word of the inventor alone. An inventors testimony is considered inherently unreliable. If, however, you have corroborating evidence to support your testimony, the picture painted will be strong and courts will listen.
So what you want to do is document your work on your invention. This is critical for many reasons, not only to demonstrate diligence if necessary. It is important to know, however, that simply saying that you took days off from your job to work on the invention is not enough.
You could have just as easily gone to the movies. If you purchase things from Radio Shack or Home Depot, keep your receipts. Also try and keep a regular schedule. If everyone you know can testify that you worked in your workshop for an hour or two every night after dinner, that could be helpful.
Perhaps the most important thing you can do is to keep an invention notebook! The invention notebook should be like a diary of what you did and tried and when and how it went and what you are thinking about doing and trying and why. Be as complete and specific as you can be.
